We offer leases at 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or even as long as 5 years depending on your needs. We’ll work together to come up with the terms and conditions that work for both of us.

The first step is to set-up a tour in person to find your perfect space in person, which you can arrange directly on our website. We require a completed application from you and background check, and if you’re approved from there - we’ll begin setting up your lease.

We require a security deposit, background check fee and first month’s rent upon lease commencement.

Yes, you can enter the building 24/7. Guests to tenants after normal business hours, however, need to be privately escorted in/out to keep everyone safe :)

We accept a wide range of artistic practices, including painting, drawing, printmaking and mixed media. Unfortunately, we do not allow welding, glass blowing, wood working, ceramics requiring a kiln, music production or loud machinery.

Yes, utilities and WiFi are included in rent.
